Gary Hall

Mr. Hall has over 25 years experience of civil engineering design, construction, and management of projects for designing and permitting projects in watersheds, floodplains and drainage retention areas. Mr. Hall provides educational courses to architects, engineers, surveyors, code enforcement officials and building inspectors designing ICC certified engineered flood openings in foundations in floodplains, including completing Elevation Certifications and Letters of Map Amendment to reduce or eliminate the need for flood insurance by the NFIP.

Mr. Hall recently completed a bridge project which required completing a hydrology study including identifying the tributary watersheds and developing the Base Flood Elevation’s for the 100 year flood zone.

Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil and Sanitary Engineering from the UC Davis. He is a Registered Civil Engineer in California (#27011) and a Professional Civil Engineer in Oregon (#15400), Nevada (#09485) and Hawaii (#11446). Mr. Hall also maintains a Class A HAZ Contractor’s License in the State of California (#537901)
Mr. Hall also provides inspections, engineering analysis and expert witness services in depositions for cases including foundation failures due to drainage and flooding issues.
