Annette

Annette is a licensed Land Surveyor working for the California Department of Water Resources in the Cadastral Unit (maps and deeds). She has worked there for 2 and half years. The prior 23 years of her career was spent at California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). While there, she worked in Field Surveys, Right of Way Engineering (maps and deeds), Photogrammetry and Office of GIS.

She is the Immediate Past President of the Sacramento Chapter (Chapter of the Year 2012) and Director on the CLSA Board. She is a past chairperson and current member of the CLSA GIS committee. She has won awards for Best Newsletter (2008), and Member of the Year (2011). She is a frequent contributor and guest editor for the California Surveyor magazine.

Warren

Warren began his surveying career with the City of Fairfield in 1975. He obtained his LSIT in 1977 and his LS in 1980. He worked for several engineering firms in Sacramento, Tacoma, WA, Los Angeles and Flagstaff, AZ until becoming the City Surveyor in Oxnard in 1990. He began his current position as Deputy County Surveyor for San Joaquin County in December of 2012. He is licensed in California, Washington, Arizona and Nevada. He became a member of CLSA in 1985. He has seven sons and 14 grandchildren.

    THE NSPS REQUEST FOR 100% MEMBERSHIP

    On June 20th, Carl C DeBaca, PLS, NSPS Area 9 Director and Matt Vernon, PLS, CLSA NSPS Governor presented a Webinar on NSPS Memebrship Benefits and the 100% membership proposal.
    This Webinar is available for viewing and/or downloading.
    It runs 1 hour and 13 minutes.

    Chapter members are encouraged to review this webminar and submit any questions for Bob or Carl to your representatives at the chapter meeting or by email.
